The Royal “winter” Treatment

Many of our neighbors here in the Anchor Bay Area are “Snow Birds”. They have a summer home off the lake and live in Michigan for the Summer months. Then old man winter moves in and you move out, going back to warm weather. We are offering a winter program that will keep your home safe, checked on and clean. This is an all inclusive package that will include the following:

• Full house cleaning once or twice a month (you choose)
• Vacuum entire house
• All hardwood/tile/linoleum maintenance.
  
• Cobweb Cleaning
• Plant’s watered if you like!
• Water ran and moved through the pipes.
• Window cleaning (security check).
• Basement Clean (Security Check)/Ensure Pipes are ok!
• Full security overlook of the home with Fire Hazard Inspection.
• We also welcome you to give your neighbors our phone number, in the event they hear or see something our of the ordinary we will gladly do a check on your home.

Owner Chad Smith has an extensive background in the law enforcement field and has several Fire Prevention and Rescue Certifications. His background in fire prevention and perimeter security is a perk for this service. Chad has been a liaison between local and federal law enforcement for well over 14 years.

Finally the winter is over and you will be coming back to Michigan, Royal Blue will be there just days before your scheduled arrival and have the home Royalty Clean for your arrival. New fresh linens, freshly cleaned windows and the smell of spring cleaning in the air. Just First Class treatment for our First Class Customers, that is why we like to call this package the Royal Treatment. We are willing to customize this package to any of your needs.

House Cleaning: Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly (Special Occasions-Gift)

• Vacuum Carpets (Carpet Cleaning)
• Clean hardwood/linoleum floors
• Garbage Removal
• Feed your animals
• Bring wood up to your home (if needed)
• Sweep off your walkway and apply salt during winter months
• If you like while we are there we can even throw in a bit of laundry for you
• The day of your cleaning if there is something that you may need at an additional cost, we can stop at the grocery store for you. (Limited groceries).
• Bathroom sanitized
• New linens placed on your bed’s

• Yard Maintenance is also available on yards under an acre, we will be enhancing this service as we grow
